HEAT EXCHANGER

Heat exchangers are the heat transfer devices which exchanges the heat between two or more fluids while processing. these devices have a wide industrial usage and can be categorized on the basis of their functions like condensation, evaporation, heating and cooling. The most common type of heat exchangers are a Shell and Tube heat exchangers (STHEs) and these are most commonly used under the conditions such as high pressure and high temperature.
